Sign Up for Babcock Laboratories’ Concierge Web Portal by August 31st
Babcock Laboratories Inc. has made some exciting changes regarding the (Babcock Labs) online experience. We have completed the first phase of this project – a replacement for our current online portal known as Client Connect. The old Client Connect website has been closed, and the webpage link will no longer work after August 31, 2022.
Babcock Labs has created the Babcock Concierge web portal to streamline processes and provide more convenient access to your analytical data. This is a multi-phase project and, when complete, we believe this program will revolutionize how you interact with Babcock Laboratories. Babcock Concierge will provide you with a comprehensive online experience, simplify and streamline your lab data access, and be a valuable tool to address your analytical testing needs.
The secured portal is accessible at concierge.babcocklabs.com. The new site will enable you to:
· Register for a username and password and change your password, as needed.
You will need to register when accessing Babcock Concierge for the first time.
· Log in to review your work in progress with Babcock Labs.
· Search for and review any work previously completed, including the associated reports, invoices, and electronic data deliverables (EDDs).
· Search for historical results using multiple criteria and provide the ability to export this data in a variety of electronic formats.
· Search for old reports, invoices and EDDs and simultaneously export them to a ZIP file.
The features for our new client portal were designed with valuable feedback and recommendations received from our clients. We are excited to launch this program and realize the vision for the portal that our clients helped to create.
